By virtue of its first-class core technologies and trustworthy product quality in the global rail transit field, STEC once created the "miracle of digging holes in tofu" in constructing the Line 1 of Shanghai Metro. Since then, STEC has successfully constructed the rail transit lines for countries like Singapore and India, and domestic cities, such as Nanjing, Hangzhou, Zhengzhou, Kunming, Wuhan, Tianjin, Urumqi, Nanchang and Ningbo. The total mileage of rail transit constructed by STEC has exceeded 400 kilometers. Our services cover the investment, design, construction, rail pavement, vehicle, electromechanical engineering, repair and maintenance of rail transit.

On this basis, STEC continue to be oriented to the demands of owners. Our company has created a new method to construct two subway tunnels through the large-diameter shield tunneling at one time, cutting nearly a half of the construction period for our owner with the same quality. Simultaneously, STEC has invested in over 25 domestic modern tram lines with a total mileage of more than 390 kilometers, and taken up over 60% of share in the domestic modern tram market. Our company continues taking a lead in both traditional and modern rail transit fields, and thus provides multiple options for urban green travel and rail transit development.
